Run Stronger 12 Week Strength Program
Are you tired of doing the same 3 banded exercises that you’ve done for years and don’t seem to be making any progress? Perhaps you have no idea where to start when it comes to strength training. Looking to get stronger and improve your running performance and decrease your risk for injury?
Then you have found the perfect program to do just that! Our Strength for Runners program is a simple, easy-to-follow routine that you can do from the comfort of your home! We designed each workout to simple yet effective while requiring minimal equipment (simply a set of dumbbells and 1-2 different resistance loop bands). As you get stronger you can always treat yourself to a heavier set of dumbbells ;)!
Our program is 12-weeks of full body workouts (2 different workouts each week) that are progressed every 3 weeks (that’s 8 new workouts at your fingertips!). You can access all of the workouts through Final Surge where you will find video demonstrations for every exercise. Final Surge is also a great app that you can sync your watch to and capture all of your workouts in.
