A Run and Strength Training Plan Made For YOU
Our Starting Line running coaches are ready to help you take your training to the next level! Whether you are returning to run after injury, navigating postpartum running or chasing a Boston Qualifier, our online run coaching plans are designed specifically to help you become a resilient athlete and reach your full potential.
All of our coaches are also Doctors of Physical Therapy or Doctors of Chiropractic which prepares them to seamlessly incorporate rehab principles into your training, to not only decrease risk for injury but also help you navigate any injuries during your training cycle.
Our coaches create training plans for both road and trail races for the following distances: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, and Ultra Marathons.
1:1 Personalized Run Coaching
TIER 1
RUN + STRENGTH
Run workouts based on your current level of fitness and your running goals
Strength training workouts (typically 1-2x/week) to help improve performance and decrease injury risk
One 60-minute check in monthly with your coach that can be in person or virtual. This is an opportunity to discuss any training questions or address any injury concerns with your coach who is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy
Weekly check-ins via email, text, or Final Surge App
Pre- and -post race calls
Race singlet
Athletes local to Portland, Maine, receive 5% off additional Physical Therapy visits and group strength classes
$350/4 weeks
JUST STRENGTH
includes everything except the run workouts
$275/4 weeks
TIER 2

Coaching Consultations
Our coaching consultation sessions are 60-minute chats where we can discuss your:
Training goals
Current training status and plan
Training experience and history
History of injury or injury concerns
Race related questions
Following this session, you’ll be provided with a summary outlining a routine that ranges from long run progression suggestions, sample runs, and strength training exercises that you can implement on your own.
This is a great self-paced option for those who are looking for extra guidance but not as much support as our monthly coaching options.

Run Stronger was strategically curated by Doctors of Physical Therapy, Certified Run Coaches, and active runners that understand the unique demands of running. It is a comprehensive 12-week online strength program designed to help runners like you to consistently build strength and resilience.

Moms Run Stronger
Looking for a self paced postpartum running plan that will safely prepare you for your return to running postpartum? Moms Run Stronger, has got your covered!
Moms Run Stronger is a 12-week strength AND running program designed to help you safely and confidently return to running.
Receive the support of a prenatal and postpartum exercises specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy while moving through the program at your own pace.
Moms Run Stronger is more than just an exercise program but an educational resource for you to better understand what your body is going through as it recovers from childbirth.
