    Whether you’re aiming for a PR in your next race or focused on sustainable training, our physical therapists provide 1:1 performance training to help you reach your goals while minimizing injury risk. Our tailored programming is designed to optimize your performance, enhance recovery, and support long-term athletic goals. This could be a great fit for you if you’re looking for more individualized attention and are not currently managing an injury.

  • Semi Private Training

    Semi Private Training is designed to provide personalized attention while still enjoying the group environment. Each session focuses on functional strength, mobility, and injury prevention—helping you train smarter, stay consistent, and build lasting results. To create sustainable habits, semi private training sessions have a minimum commitment of 8 weeks. This is perfect for couples or friends (up to 4 people) that want to workout and get stronger together!

  • Running Gait Analysis

    Our goal isn’t to create running robots but to look at how you move as an individual and provide feedback to help you move more efficiently. Our focus is to determine the elements of your running form and training patterns so we can make clear + actionable recommendations, including drills, footwear guidance, and strength or mobility exercises tailored to your unique needs. to help you optimize your performance and make running a lifelong activity you can love and enjoy!
