There are 3 types of classes: treadmill only, strength only, and a mix of both. Each one has aspects of circuit training and HIIT that will improve your fitness, whether that’s running-related, weight-loss, or general health!

Types of Classes
Strength
A 45 minute class that aims to make you stronger and more resilient through a combination of body weight, resistance bands, kettlebell, dumbbell, TRX and plyometric exercises. Strength training is an integral part of everyone’s training which is why we wanted a class dedicated to it without the treadmills. This class is for people who want to feel stronger, stay fit, and keep those nagging aches and pains away.
Treadmill
Our signature Starting Line and Endure classes (45 or 60 minutes) are perfect for ALL levels of experience. Each class starts with a warmup followed by intervals with increasing intensity and inclines and finishes with a relaxing cool down and stretch. We encourage clients to go at their own pace and offer power walking options for those who prefer not to run. No matter where you're starting from, this class will prepare you for your own personal starting line.
50/50 Circuit
50/50 Circuit is out 50 minute class that starts with short duration intervals and hills and end with a full body HIIT-style circuit. Strength training is a great way to improve your running and decrease your risk for injury. Enjoy the best of both worlds during our blended running and strength class.
