Starting Line Schedule

Each workout has a primary lift using the barbell that rotates each week. Tuesdays and Thursdays will always rotate upper and lower body for the barbell lift station. The other 4 stations will be a mix of upper/lower body strength training, with focus on accessory muscles, core, and plyometric movements tossed in as well! BOOKING SOFTWARE UPDATE: Starting July 1st, you can book strength classes HERE. You can make a Jane account and add your card on file. You won’t be charged until the class. Drop in rate is $28. If you would like to purchase a 5 pack ($95) or 10 pack ($165) please contact info@startinglinemaine and we can apply the package to your account and your card on file will be charged.
