Starting Line Schedule

Each workout has a primary lift using the barbell that rotates each week. Tuesdays and Thursdays will always rotate upper and lower body for the barbell lift station. The other 4 stations will be a mix of upper/lower body strength training, with focus on accessory muscles, core, and plyometric movements tossed in as well!
