With all the contradicting knowledge out there on social media, it can be overwhelming to think about what to do for strength training. Our job is to minimize the stress and help guide you top your goals!
You’ll be matched with one of our certified coaches and go through a movement assessment so they can make a specific program unique to YOU. Each hour-long session will utilize our studio's equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and TRX straps in a welcoming and engaging environment!

Semi-Private Training
This small group training program is perfect for people who are looking to workout with a close-knit group of like-mined individuals who are motivated to get stronger. With groups up to 4 people, you can have the benefit of consistent strength training with others to create an environment where you have fun working out!

Tuesday and Thursday @ 8:00AM
