Our mission is to educate runners on a sustainable way of training and running. There’s no perfect running form box that you need to fit yourself inside, but there may be something holding you back and causing those reoccurring minor aches and pains.

Gait Analysis is our way of taking a deep dive into how your body is moving.

This is a 90 minute session with a running specialist assessing how your body is moving on and off the treadmill. You’ll leave with answers and actionable steps on how to decrease your risk of injury and run more efficiently.

  • A personalized plan can include cadence drills, mobility exercises and strengthening exercises for runners to set you up for successful training.
